Our client, located in Turkey, has its own dedicated advertising agency and they wanted to expand their business beyond paper to include sheet metal cutting and more creative metal designs.

The Challenge

For the advertising industry, the general processing of products are metal and non-metal materials, therefore, the laser cutting machine in the advertising industry has been increasingly used, the sales representative communicated with the customer, understood that the customer wants to cut stainless steel plate, design different types, styles, and for the cutting thickness of the plate requirements.

The Solution

Through video communication with the customer, online visit to the factory, detailed discussion of the cutting thickness, and provide cutting effect demonstration, the customer expressed gratitude for the cutting effect and after-sales service team, and decided to purchase 2 sets of 1500 watt cutting machine, equipped with efficient cutting software system, to meet the customer’s requirements for different design styles.

Achievements

After receiving the machines, the customer’s order quantity increased; providing localised service team and free advertisement design to cutting file service, the customer became one of our agents.
